Room for pedestrians.

Mopeds shouldn't block the sidewalk for people to pass. When enough space is provided, it is allowed to park a moped and we won't take action.

Mopeds should not block roads, cycle paths or crossings.

Mopeds should not block tactile strips or cause unsafe situations for other people in any other way.

Our Support Team will assess your report. If we have sufficient information and reason to confirm the inconvenience, we will resolve the issue as soon as possible.

Note: A clear and detailed photo of the situation is crucial for us to determine whether we send a staff member or not. Without a clear photo, the request will be rejected.
